Karen earned a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from Oregon State University. After working years in the fields of Plant Pathology, Human Immunology, Aids Research and Product Development Karen turned her interest towards a career in Real Estate. Her hands-on Commercial Real Estate includes land sales, residential and commercial land development, sales and leasing of office, retail, medical, non-profit and hospitality sectors. She is actively working on the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Designation to better serve her commercial clients.
Along with experience in Commercial Real Estate transactions, Karen extends service to her network finding that her commercial clients and sphere continue to prefer her to handle their residential investment and personal real estate needs.
Karen is well known in local government circles in the Eastside Portland Metropolitan area. She always welcomes new business and a new challenge!
