Emma Clark (Flores) – Wyeast Gardens

Welcome to Wyeast Gardens, a family-operated business passionate about transforming outdoor spaces.

Emma Clark (Flores), President + CEO, Is an Oregonian native with a unique upbringing in Pabelo, a small rural village in Jalisco, Mexico. Raised alongside her five siblings by her parents, Cipriano Flores and Judith Lopez, Emma returned to Damascus, Oregon, in 1989. The time spent in Pabelo left an indelible mark on her family, fostering a deep appreciation for the love of family and nature. Emma’s formative experiences included growing her own food and learning farming practices from her ancestors, essential for families dependent on these skills.

The family’s return to America saw Emma’s father dedicating his career to a tree nursery, driven by a love for vibrant maples and a commitment to sharing fresh produce with family and friends, a tradition passed down through generations.

Emma’s journey into landscaping began in her teenage years when her father gifted her the first set of professional pruning tools. This path felt natural, evolving over the years into a family commitment to understanding efficient water systems with a focus on water conservation. Recognizing the competitiveness in the field, Emma is dedicated to delivering excellent customer service, aligning with clients’ evolving lifestyle needs to bring her visions to life.

Leading a team that values building relationships with homeowners and local companies, Emma’s passion for learning, mentorship, and self-empowerment forms the core principles of her approach. This commitment extends beyond professional growth, investing in the well-being of her team members and their families.
